On September 25, 2019, providers and billing staff who are new users of the ForwardHealth Portal are invited to attend the Portal Basics for New Users – Member Enrollment Verification and Prior Authorization training.
This training session will include a basic introduction to, and overview of member enrollment verification and prior authorization on the secure portal. Attendees are encouraged to have established a secure Provider Portal account prior to attending a training session.

Providers do not need to register to participate in these online (real-time, Web-based) training sessions.
These online (real-time, Web-based) sessions are facilitated through HPE® MyRoom. Prior to attending a MyRoom session for the first time, providers will need to download and install MyRoom software. Access the "Information Regarding HPE® MyRoom" document for basic information regarding downloading, installing, and using MyRoom.
